Sunset Yoga on The Village Green

Breathe, stretch, & unwind as the sun dips below the horizon with our peaceful Sunset Yoga sessions. Guided by our yoga instructor Philippa, these calming Yin Yoga classes offer a beautiful opportunity to slow down & reconnect.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that focuses on long, passive stretches held for several minutes at a time. It targets the deep connective tissues, helping to release tension, increase flexibility, & encourage a profound sense of stillness & balance.
