This 50 min Body Blast class offers a hybrid of HIIT style exercises designed into 5 rounds of 4 x 1 min sets followed by a toning choreographed dumbbell sculpt section using a choice of 1Kg, 2Kg, 3kg weights. All key areas targeted!
