Come join us at 336 CrossFit for our annual Row You Can Off charity event! Get ready to break a sweat and challenge yourself in this exciting competition!
Teams of 3 will take on a 1/2 marathon row together
Entry Fee: 30 Canned Food Items per person (90 per team)
Whether you're a seasoned rower or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for all fitness levels! Don't miss out on the chance to show off your rowing skills and compete against other participants for a good cause. Mark your calendars and get ready to row your can off! All proceeds benefit High Point Central High School's Food Bank in conjunction with Communities in Schools.
