Mindful Mark Making Workshop

Join instructor Flavia Nazareth, founder of Mindful Art Practices, for a powerful Neuro-Art Workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner world through the simple, yet transformative act of mark making.

In this session, participants will learn how mindful attention can calm the nervous system and open space for creativity, and experience the benefits of slowing down, releasing stress, and cultivating presence through art. Neuro Art Practice engages brain states activating pathways linked to regulation and flow. Practicing in a mindful way lowers cortisol, enhances focus, and helps you connect body and mind. This workshop is less about “how your art looks” and more about what you feel while creating.

No prior art experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.
