Zumba Gold: Dance Party Workout!

Get active with great people at a dance party workout that moves at your pace!

Zumba® Gold is a modified version of the original Zumba Fitness. It's designed for active older adults and beginners (men and women!), offering a lower-intensity workout that retains the fun and energetic atmosphere of traditional Zumba classes. Every session is a world tour, incorporating rhythms such as merengue, salsa, cumbia, and flamenco!
