Please come and join Adult Life Programs at our fundraising event at Jason's Deli on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11:00am-9:00pm.

You can order online using code FUND20, or present this flyer when you dine in person, or you can mention Adult Life Programs when you place your order. 20% of pre-tax sales will be donated back to Adult Life Programs.

Now more than ever, with funding cuts to Medicaid, and threats to other funding sources, Adult Life Programs needs your help so we can continue to provide vital services to our community members who need quality Adult Day Care services.

Employees of Adult Life Programs will be on-site throughout the day, sharing information about Adult Life Programs and encouraging people to mention ALP when placing their order.
