Book Launch for Gray Lee's "Becoming"

Gray Lee (they/them) is a WNC native and student at Lenoir-Rhyne University. As a queer poet from Appalachia, Lee explores the diverse identities associated with the region, aiming to connect their own story of "becoming" with that of other emerging writers and queer youth. Gray's poetry reflects the religious influences, southern culture, and queer identities that have shaped their writing as they share their journey of personal transformation.
