Children’s Costume Contest 12:00pm registration judging starts at 1pm
Business Costume judging will be in the morning to early afternoon.
Activities, food & vendors around the courthouse square.
Afternoon parade registration and line up will begin at 1:00 at the corner of Utah and 6th St. Judging begins at 1:30 and the parade starts at 3:00 pm.
Barricades start to go up at 1pm
Evening parade registration and line up will begin at 4:00 pm. Enter from Iowa St. and turn onto Morrill Ave. There will be someone there to give you your number. Proceed to the high school parking lot. Judging begins at 5:00 pm. If you don’t want to be judged, please arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 pm.
All cars need to be off of Oregon Street by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2024 for the grand parade.
Barricades start to go up at 5pm
You may NOT park behind the barricades they need to be clear for emergency vehicles.
HHS Marching Band 5:45 pm at the Grandstand on Oregon Street in front of the courthouse
Queen Crowning 6:00 pm at the Grandstand on Oregon Street in front of the courthouse
