Learn from experts, connect with other parents, and discover the joys of breastfeeding at our free classes.

These classes will be held in the solarium at Amberwell Hiawatha.
During the class, Amberwell maternal care staff will be covering a range of topics including:

How breastfeeding works
How to establish a healthy milk supply
How to know if your baby is getting enough milk
Breastfeeding positions
How partners can support the breastfeeding parent
Additional resources if you find you need more help
