Southbound is a contemporary Southern Gospel Trio. Join Bishop Clint Brown, Seth J. Elbe, and Jody Braselton as they travel toward their roots of Southern Gospel music, with its powerful lyrics and harmonies! They are bringing a brand new sound to some old classics and a soulful feel to some new songs!

Clint Brown can be described as a modern day David. For over 30 years, and with 23 Albums recorded, His Music Ministry has helped write the soundtrack for churches across the world and transformed the sound of Worship in the Kingdom of God. As Grammy and Dove Nominated artist and songwriter, Clint Brown has penned over 500 songs recorded, in 13 different Languages, for many of our Gospel Artist today. In 1993, Brown moved to Orlando, FL to follow God's plan for him to Pastor. Since then Judah Church has become one of America's vibrant, multi-cultural, family churches ministering every week to thousands in Orlando, FL and hundreds of thousands across the country via Social Media. Pastor Clint Brown has traveled the World in his 30 years of ministry, while preaching and singing The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and he doesn't show any signs of slowing down

Jody Braselton was born and raised just north of Atlanta, GA. He and his two older sisters grew up in a Baptist Church where his dad pastored for many years. At just 11 years old, he sang the old Bill Gaither song, "God Loves to Talk to Little Boys While They're Fishing" on a local radio show. When he was a teenager in youth choir, Jody's youth pastor pulled him forward to sing a solo. It was moments like these that impacted Jody's future in church music! Jody began to write and create music, recording his first project at age 15 and has recorded 6 more albums since then. Jody's earliest influences in music were from traveling Southern Gospel groups that stopped to sing at his family's church along their way. Through people like The Hinsons, The Kingsmen, and The Cathedrals, Jody heard the power of Southern Gospel harmonies and song lyrics. It had a permanent affect on his life! Jody has led worship for 25 years. He currently leads worship at Judah Church in South Carolina. He enjoys spending time with his two sons Judah and Asa.

Seth J. Elbe was born in St Louis, MO and has moved 39 times, spending the majority of his life between Georgia, Florida, and Texas. From a family a 6, with two older brothers and a younger sister, he started humming melodies before he could talk. His family sang together in local churches. When traveling, they would practice harmonies in the car to southern gospel music and the occasional Oakridge Boys cassette. From a very young age Seth learned to cook from his mom, and enjoyed it so much that he worked in a few restaurants during High School. Though he eventually he chose to focus on music and not cooking, you can still find him every week making delicious dishes and grillin' the best steak! Seth has recorded a few albums, and enjoys the creativity of song-writing, leading worship, creating arrangements, and directing choirs. He's married and has two children, and currently lives in Orlando, FL where he serves as the Worship Pastor of Judah Church.

The Martins: Siblings, Joyce, Jonathan and Judy, collectively known as The Martins, have enjoyed countless radio hits and performances at concert halls, arenas, auditoriums and churches worldwide. During the 1990s, The Martins rose to national and international success, showcasing their stunning and distinctive harmonies before a vast array of audiences, from legendary singer/songwriter Bill Gaither's multi-award winning Homecoming Video and Concert Series to the White House to Carnegie Hall. Over the years the Trio garnered eight Dove Awards from the Gospel Music Association, as well as a prestigious Grammy nomination.

After nearly a decade of pursuing individual music careers, the three reunited in 2010, and today their precedent-setting musical influence is as strong as ever. In 2011, they released their first new recording together in 10 years. New Day, distributed by Gaither Music Group, was produced by Jay DeMarcus (Rascal Flatts), and features the trio's unmatched family harmony. In support of the release, The Martins returned to touring and found the welcome arms of audiences who have been embracing their music for decades. “Once we got back on stage,” Joyce shares, “something just clicked and felt right, so we thought, ‘If God, in His graciousness, was willing to use us again as a trio, who are we to say that He shouldn't?'.”

Most recently, The Martins returned to the recording studio to produce their latest recording. Still Standing, released July, 2018, under the Gaither Music Group label and promises to offer even more success for the popular trio. This all-new recording finds the multi-Grammy nominated vocal group standing stronger than ever, showcasing their benchmark family blends and intricate arrangements produced by renowned producer Gordon Mote. These compositions, including the remake of their classic hit “Wherever You Are,” reflect the latest chapters in siblings Judy, Joyce and Jonathan's journeys as they share messages of God's goodness and providential hand at work in every season of our lives. The recording recently afforded The Martins their third Grammy nomination, as the release received the 2019 Grammy nomination for Best Roots Gospel Album.

With a long list of tour dates and an exceptional new music, exciting and rewarding times most definitely await The Martins and audiences worldwide.

Highroad: Ask Sarah Davison what her favorite Bible verse is, and she'll immediately quote Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” It's a scripture that has accompanied the acclaimed singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist through life's highs and lows, and one she hand-copied—in a flowery cursive script—from her grandmother's Bible. “That verse has been with me from my hometown of 150 people to Nashville, going after what I feel called to do, trusting that He's leading me down the right road,” she reflects.

It's not only a scripture that beautifully encapsulates Sarah's own journey, but the ordained path of her Grammy nominated band, HighRoad, as well. Members of High Road include Ivy Phillips, Tennessee Grandmaster Fiddle Champion, who grew up in the bluegrass circles and currently also plays for Jimmy Fortune. Kristen Bearfield, who hails from North Carolina, plays the mandolin and guitar, and Emily Ann Roberts who was runner up on The Voice plays guitar and sings in the group.

Since the group's genesis, Sarah and bandmates have already garnered a Grammy Nomination for the album, "Gonna Sing, Gonna Shout", the Singing News New Artist of the Year, a Dove Award nomination for Bluegrass/Roots Album of the Year, and this year's Singing News Band of the Year for 2022. They regularly perform at leading country and Gospel music events including 40 Days at the Ark Encounter, Singing In The Sun, Women of Joy, The National Quartet Convention, Dollywood and open for groups like the Isaacs and The Oak Ridge Boys. In 2019, they signed with Daywind Records and joined their artist roster, completing their newest self titled, album, High Road.

Whether through story or song, the women of HighRoad are pressing on towards all God has called them to become. They are trusting He will make their paths straight as they submit to Him, and no matter what lies ahead, they'll be going wherever the high road leads.
