This will be a 3 lift GPC sanctioned competition and is open to any person who is a registered GPC member.
This is a GPC sanctioned event and as such this event also gives lifters an opportunity to qualify for the GPC Australian Nationals.

𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼:
24-hour weigh in will be available and weigh in times are:
10am-12pm Saturday 1st November
8am-9am Sunday 2nd November
Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze) and the overall male and female will be based on the Glossbrenner formula.

3. Fill in form and make payment
4. You must hold a current GPC membership to enter.
Once entries are full the event is closed, we will hold a waiting list if anyone gets injured and has to pull out. **Competition fees are NON-refundable & NON-transferable**
