2nd Annual Firefighter Daniel Berrios Memorial Blood Drive & Fundraiser

The Berrios family & The Hewlett Fire Department are hosting the 2nd Annual Firefighter Daniel Berrios Blood Drive & Fundraiser!!

Firefighter Daniel Berrios was a husband, father, friend, and volunteer firefighter with the Hewlett Fire Department. On April 8, 2023, Danny tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident.

In his memory, it's our mission to save as many lives we can through blood donation and fundraising to support the Nassau County Burn Center Foundation.

Last year we were overwhelmingly successful with 177 blood donations and over 11,000 dollars raised.

We strive to make this year a success as well! Come down and honor Danny's memory be donating! It's strongly encouraged to scan the QR code to schedule your blood donor appointment. Walk in's are always welcome!

Can't donate blood but still want to help? You still can come down and participate in our silent auction or 50/50 raffle. Lots of prizes!!!
