This high-energy Performance Cheer session is perfect for athletes who love to dance, jump, tumble, and perform! Athletes will learn:

Cheer motions & sharp technique

Jumps and beginner tumbling

Simple stunts (age-appropriate & safe)

Dance, facials, and confidence on the mat

A short routine to show off what they’ve learned!
