Gentle Yoga

We are pleased to offer another session of Gentle Yoga sessions at Pickens Hall in partnership with Re-Pose Yoga. We will meet on the 2nd Floor, every Wednesday beginning February 25 and ending April 29, from 6 – 7pm.
These sessions are geared toward beginners who would like to learn Yoga while taking a gentle, guided and mindful approach to movement, body awareness, balance and breath.
Yoga is not about touching your toes – it’s about having fun on the journey to touching your toes!

Price: $100 for ten sessions, $12 for drop-ins
