Sound Bath

Come and join us for a relaxing, immersive experience through the gentle vibrations of sound featuring the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong and other instruments . Experience the Power of Sound Healing.

Sound baths are a deeply immersive experience that uses soothing vibrations to bring relaxation and balance to the mind and body. During a session, you will lie down comfortably as the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. These vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of peace.
We will provide air beds, eye masks and blankets. Please wear warm, comfy clothing and bring a pillow if you need one.
