Menopaus'ull Walk and Talk @ Humber Bridge

Are you looking for a friendly place to connect, share and move your body? Come along to our Menopaus’ull Walk & Talk at Humber Bridge, Hessle, HU13 0HB on Saturday 15th November 2025 at 10am. The meeting point will be at the old Windmill (outside of the Country Inn Park area) and the walk will then take place around the woodlands at a leisurely pace.

This is a gentle stroll where you can enjoy the fresh air, friendly conversation and the support of other women who all understand the ups and downs of the menopause journey. Whether you want to chat, listen or just be present in some enjoyable surrounds in a safe space and enjoy some company – you will always be warmly welcomed.

Remember to please make sure you come prepared by making sure you have suitable footwear on and a rainproof jacket as we will be walking come rain or snow (hopefully not snow!!!!)

No pressure, no cost – just connection. Please don’t be afraid to come alone, the team will be on hand to welcome you
