WHAT TO XPECT:
👉🏼Our 6 a.m. Glow Flow is moving OUT of the hot room and onto the Foxtail Coffee patio (no in-studio 6 a.m. yoga on Fridays in September).
👉🏼Class start time is 6:30am. Please arrive early to check-in and get settled.
👉🏼45 minutes of all-levels vinyasa with Keegan as the sun comes up.
👉🏽A free coffee from Foxtail with your class.
👉🏼$10 drop-in // Fever members always FREE.
👉🏼Register in advance to ensure a space. (sign-ups open 14 days ahead).
🙏NOTE - download the Fever app to check-in upon arrival. Once you download the app, head to your profile in the bottom right corner. Tap it to view the barre code attached to your profile. You will use this barre code to check-in via the kiosk.
BYO mat + water. We will not have mat rentals available.
