Gingerbread House Workshop

Get into the holiday spirit with Gingerbread Workshops at the Jackson County Library System! Gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a fun time of icing, candies, and creative confections. Each library will host a drop-in Gingerbread Workshop where you can craft your very own gingerbread creation while supplies last. You can also bring your own supplies to enhance the fun. Additionally, each library will hold a Gingerbread House Contest open to all ages, giving you the chance to showcase your creation and win a prize!

The Heron Lake Library Gingerbread Workshop is on Wednesday, December 3 from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM. All submissions for the Gingerbread Contest must be entered by 5 PM on Friday, December 5 and will be on display at the library. The winner will be determined by public vote on Saturday, December 6 from 10 AM to 12 PM.
