Welcome to Inner Pilgrimage, a 33-week journey through the seven chakras using yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and simple reflective practices.

Each week guides you to understand your energy, emotions, and inner patterns in a practical and grounded way.

You will explore how chakra awareness can support everyday life - in communication, emotional steadiness, decision-making, and how you relate to yourself and others.
