Vision Board Workshop 2026

Join us for an inspiring and creative workshop to help you visualize your goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Kick off the experience with a brief presentation on the science behind vision boarding, followed by a guided visualization to spark inspiration. Then dive into creating your own vision board using magazines, images, and collage materials to bring your goals and dreams to life. This workshop is designed to help you gain clarity, boost motivation, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Feel free to bring your own photos or meaningful keepsakes to include in your vision board.

Info: Luisa earned her master’s degree in art therapy from The George Washington University and is a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC). She is an experienced visual artist with many years of teaching and facilitating expressive arts groups and workshops across community, educational, and therapeutic settings.


Her work is grounded in the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and personal growth. Luisa is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive spaces where individuals can explore their inner world, build insight, and connect with their strengths through the art-making process.


With a warm, compassionate approach, she encourages participants to trust their intuition, embrace playfulness, and use art as a meaningful pathway to wellness and transformation.
