Many people find it easier to offer kindness to others than to themselves. This session explores how self-compassion - the practice of treating ourselves with the same care and understanding we give loved ones - can transform the way we experience challenges, mistakes, and personal growth.
Participants will learn the difference between self-criticism and constructive self-reflection and discover how harsh inner dialogue undermines positivity. Through guided meditation, affirmations, and interactive reflection exercises, attendees will practice shifting from judgment to acceptance.
The session will also highlight the connection between self-compassion, resilience, and positive thinking, leaving participants with practical techniques to nurture inner strength and create a more peaceful, forgiving relationship with themselves.
