•Talk on forgiveness and the healing power of loving-kindness
•Gentle tools for daily compassion (gratitude journaling, forgiveness letters, mantras)
•Guided self-healing energy & Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta practice)
8:00–8:30 PM – Fire Ceremony
•Release old hurts, resentments, and self-blame into the flames
•Set intentions for compassion, healing, and peace under the full Beaver Moon
•Close with affirmation music + circle blessing
