Mini Retreat: Facing Death Without Fear

Life is a journey of constant change, and nothing shows this more clearly than death. In Buddhist practice, meditating on death is an essential part of spiritual training. In this half day program, we'll explore the Buddhist understanding of death and impermanence. You'll learn how we can accept the impermanent nature of life, and thus transform fear of death into a source of inner peace and wisdom.

The program will include Buddhist teachings and practical guided meditations to help you take these meaningful teachings to heart.
