Mr. Hat Proudly Presents DEAD SET ON THE BAY VII- THE LIVE DEAD SUNSET CRUISE EXEPERIENCE! Sailing Saturday August 23rd aboard the luxurious triple-decker FUME BLANC from Alameda CA with Luxe Cruises.
Dead Set On The Bay, the Live Dead Sunset Cruise experience, is setting sail for fun once again this Summer for our 7th time on the beautiful SF Bay! An unforgettable peak live Dead experience like no other, this is truly a bucket list event for Deadheads of all ages. Experience two sets of live Grateful Dead performed by an all-star band as we dance on the waves, gently navigating the coastal waters of The San Francisco Bay where it all began.
We welcome back DAVE A'BEAR (Steely Dead, JGB) to lead the band. He will be joined by BILL MCKAY (Leftover Salmon, Derek Trucks, Steely Dead) ELLIOTT PECK (Phil & Friends, Midnight North) ZACH JONES (Lovin' Dead, Mars Hotel), CHRIS SHELDON (Steely Dead, Deadphish Orchestra), brother MATT A'BEAR (Steely Dead) and special guest JEFF HOBBS.
We will be sailing aboard the luxurious Fume Blanc, a replica of a New York State Hudson River Steamboat

1st Deck – Band, Large dance floor, bar, reserved seating, food service, 1st PA system
2nd Deck – non-reserved seating, bar, and outdoor space, VIDEO FEED OF BAND, 2nd PA system, kids dance party area
3rd Deck – Large open-air sky deck with breath-taking views, additional seating
There will be food and drinks and dancing on the waves, with two sets of good ol' Grateful Dead.
Limited reserved seating on the lower deck where the band performs, VIP reserved seats include a limited edition poster by Bella Rayne and early boarding. SCHEDULE: 4:15 check-in, 4:20 Pre-Sail Safety Team Meeting, 4:35 Early VIP Boarding, 4:40 General Boarding, 5 pm sharp set sail, 9 pm return to dock Alameda.
