Join singer, songwriter and kirtanist Sun Hyland and special guest Sarah Hines for a blissful evening of mantra and chant!
Kirtan- call and response mantra singing is a wonderful way to open the heart and still your mind. Sanskrit mantras are woven into hypnotic, melodic grooves accompanied by guitar and voice. No experience necessary
We will all sing together and then conclude with a simple, relaxing musical meditation.
Please bring a cushion and a blanket or yoga mat to make yourself nice and comfy. Doors will open at 6.30 pm so come early and join us for a chai. Kirtan will begin at 7pm.

For those of you who don't know Sun, he has been sharing and teaching kirtan all over Aus and beyond for the last 15 years.
Kirtan, or call and response devotional chanting, is a meditative practice to move you into the heart space. Connect to your breath, give the mind a break and immerse yourself in soul-nourishing, uplifting, high vibrational sound. Together we sing simple mantras from the yogic traditions, guided by the kirtanist.
All are welcome, no experience required
