Intention Setting Sound Bath

Over the last several years, Elizabeth has taken some time at the beginning of each calendar year with a meditative session to find a word to anchor her during the next phase. It’s been profoundly helpful to her during times of turmoil and boredom. Having a home base, mentally, helps guide you toward your aspirations.
Join Elizabeth at Visconti Healing on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 4p for a guided mediation, gentle movement, and a sound bath. Please bring a journal and your favorite writing device. You will be answering questions to lead you toward your anchor word. Also feel free to bring any other comfort items with you; bolster, blanket, crystals, etc.
Session will be 90 minutes.
Cost is $40 per person.
