Dining with Diabetes

Research has shown that healthy eating, engaging in physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight are important for preventing diabetes and for managing diabetes once it has been diagnosed.

You can learn the skills you need to prevent or manage diabetes in the Dining with Diabetes classes conducted by the Lauderdale County Extension Office. To register, call 731-635-9551 or come by the office at 200 Crain Street, Ripley TN 38063.

Classes will be held at 10:00 am on August 13, 20, and 27 at the Henning City Hall.
Cost is just $5.00.
