Calm the Mind and Open the Heart
Offering rejuvenating and nature-based experience that blends science-backed practices with ancient wisdom.

We’ll begin with a grounding nature-based practice, followed by gentle movement and breath work to feel fully present. After a brief check-in, Libby will guide us through deep relaxation, ending with open time to share and connect in a compassionate space.

Tea and snacks are provided. Come as your are to unwind, recharge, and connect in the community.
