FREE Ecstatic Dance!

Hey dancers! Join us on New Year's Day, Thurs 1/1 for a FREE ecstatic dance!

Start your year off with intention and shake loose anything you don't want to take with you into 2026! No previous dancing experience needed as there is no choreography. You move how you want to move!

We dance at The Cabin at Wellness and Movement. Pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended due to limited space.

Warmup/Arrival - 6-6:30pm
Opening Circle (Doors lock) - 6:30pm
Dance! - 6:35-7:45pm
Sound Bath - 7:45-8:00pm
