Creativity and Self-Care Art Session

Join us for this 2-hour session on the theme of using creativity as a form of self-care, led by Registered Art Therapist and retreat facilitator Ella Dufrene. The time together will include education and hands-on art-making. Art materials and snacks will be provided. The session is free, and up to 40 people can attend. Please sign up at the Sign-Up Station to participate. This is the initial session of an educational series on behavioral health and wellness, which is a focus of Grace’s new strategic plan. This series is open to the community and is being funded through Partners in Health and Wholeness, an initiative of the North Carolina Council of Churches.
