Chair Classes

Join us for free weekly exercise classes that focus on building strength, improving balance and mobility. Exercises are adaptable for multiple levels and abilities-all classes can be done seated or standing. Limited hand weights will be available. Feel free to bring your own. Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:00pm August 26th-September 30th, 2025.
