Join us September 6th from 10-11 AM to kickoff our Strength and Conditioning Challenge beginning September 8th !!!

We will be discussing what to expect during the challenge and how to get the most out of your 4 week challenge.

This will also be a great opportunity to meet our team, tour the gym, and ask any questions you may have before
You officially start on September 8th.
