Join us Tuesday evenings as we dive into Isaiah: Striving Less and Trusting God More by Melissa Spoelstra. Together we’ll explore how to rely on the Lord instead of striving in our own strength—through videos, homework, and group discussion.
📖 Begins: Tuesday, September 30
🕠 Time: 6:30–8:00 PM
📍 Location: Fellowship Hall
💵 Book Cost: $15 (available the first night of study)
Special Note:
We’ll kick off each evening with a potluck dinner—bring a dish to share and enjoy fellowship before our study begins!
Overview:
Isaiah’s words spoke to Judah and the surrounding nations, but they still echo into our lives today. His message reminds us that God alone is trustworthy. In this study, we’ll see how Isaiah’s poetry, prophecy, and narratives point us to Jesus and reveal the peace and comfort we find in Him.
Instead of striving harder, you’ll learn to trust more deeply in the Faithful One who is worthy of our full dependence.
What You’ll Experience:
✅ 7 group sessions with guided discussion
✅ 6 weeks of personal study between sessions
✅ Teaching videos (25–30 minutes each) with purchase of the book
✅ Encouragement and fellowship with women walking the same journey
Benefits:
🌿 Learn to trust God more fully
🌿 Grow in your understanding of Isaiah and its prophecies
