Join JaeAna for a Sound Healing journey focused on stress reduction.

JaeAna will facilitate a 50 minute trauma sensitive sound healing session using crystal bowls, bells and chimes which assists in bringing the mind and body to a place of peace and calmness.
The sounds and vibrations of the bowls activates the brain waves to help release stress & anxiety. The peaceful sounds of the bowls & instruments in conjunction with the benefits of the salt room will leave you feeling refreshed & rested.
