 Individual Sessions
Marwa offers individual psychotherapy sessions with a special focus on trauma healing and difficult life experiences.
In these sessions:
We create a safe and supportive space where you can talk and express yourself freely.
We use practical tools such as body awareness and movement to help release the impact of trauma stored in the body.
Through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, you will get to know your “inner parts” — such as protective voices or wounded feelings — and learn how to gently bring them back into balance so you can live with more freedom and clarity.
The goal is to help you restore your inner sense of safety and discover new, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

 My Vision of Therapy
I believe that healing is not only through words, but also through movement, body awareness, and authentic relationships that allow us to be truly seen and accepted.
My mission is to walk alongside you in your journey of healing — with presence, patience, and an open heart.
