A nourishing blend of gentle Pilates, Yin yoga and restorative yoga followed by tea and delectable treats. Pilates will encompass balance, mobility and strength. A time for you to tend to your physical and mental well-being. Yin yoga is a deeply grounding and soothing style of yoga involving long held passive stretches whilst also focussing on the breath. In turn, this helps to improve the health of joints and fascia (connective tissues). Restorative Yoga Session A deeply relaxing practice which can improve sleep quality, improve mood and relieve mental agitation. turn, this helps to improve the health of joints and fascia (connective tissues). Tea and treats Before you leave, we will serve a selection of tea and treats, and time for reflection of the session. Props and refreshments are provided. You will need to bring your own mat, mug, blanket, 2 pillows and socks. This course is non refundable. Kerry has 30 years teaching experience within the health and fitness industry and is a certified with Yoga Alliance UK and OCR UK. Please note payments are non refundable, however the workshop can be transferred to a friend or family member free of charge. (Payment plan is also available, ask for further details.
