Francesco is the head instructor of Next Level MMA in Hanau, germany.
He is a high-class BJJ practitioner and instructor who applies natural bodywork and the Constraint-Led Approach (CLA) in his teaching.
A modern pedagogy where learning is guided by smartly designed constraints and realistic, situation-based exercises/games.
This method allows students to develop a deeper understanding of jiu-jitsu, rather than just memorizing techniques. The focus is on adapting to the opponent's movements, creating opportunities and solving problems in real time – an approach that is perfect for both Gi, NoGi and MMA.
