Bus Invasion 7

Indiana Bus Club and Happy Campers, we are delighted to confirm the dates for Bus Invasion 7 in 2025. A majority vote elected for the event to coincide with Halloween weekend. Thus, the event will take place from Friday, October 31st, to Sunday, November 2nd. We have notified Bill Monroe Music Park-Campground, and they are presently rearranging existing registrations. Their response reads: "Thank you for letting us know; transferring registrations will take some time. We will work on it and temporarily disable online booking to prevent double bookings." An update will follow once the process is complete, allowing new registrations. Please be aware that buses are the main focus of the event; therefore, we kindly request that non-bus campers reserve sites outside the central event area. We extend our gratitude for your ongoing support, having consecutively sold out the woods area. We realize there are seasonal campers in the woods area and those that are unable to arrive and camp in their buses. We want everyone to come out and enjoy the weekend regardless, we ask that those with buses, arrive in buses if at all possible. Thank you
