Join us for a new journey in the valleys of St. Catherine — a unique blend of a 2-day hike and creativity.
This experience includes an easy-level hike, suitable for participants with average fitness.
No need for any previous art or writing experience, only come with an open mind and a curious spirit.

Detailed Itinerary
* Leaving Cairo 25 Sept 6PM. Reaching St Catherine town, sleepover in lodge rooms.
* Friday morning; start our workshops and hiking (around 3KM) till reaching our garden in the mountains
*Enjoy dinner, discussion, and reflections around campfire, isolated in the middle of the mountains.
* Saturday morning; Last session and conclusion, hike down to Catherine town (around 3 KM)
* Should reach Cairo Saturday 27 Sept by 11PM

*Bedouin guides and hiking leader
*Pre-trip session in Cairo- introduce storytelling concepts & creative mediums - 3 hrs
*Three assignments with Reem in the mountains (St Catherine)
*Transportation from Cairo to Catherine and back
*One night in lodge in Catherine town
*One night in bedwein garden in mountains
*Camels to carry our stuff during the hike

Bio:
Reem Ossama is a filmmaker and storyteller passionate about humancentered stories that bridge emotional truth and social change.
Her work blends documentary intimacy with poetic visuals & cinematic techniques.
Reem directed It Takes a Village (with UNICEF, USAID, NCC, and NCCM), which premiered at El Gouna Film Festival 2021 and won multiple international awards. She most recently directed and produced Netflix’s making of docuseries for Al Rawabi School for Girls Season 2—including the platform’s first Arabic featurette.
Her portfolio also includes Dear Future World series, Void, award winning short film and music videos for Emel Mathlouthi and Wust El Balad.
She holds a BA in Media Design from GUC and a filmmaking diploma from Aly Badrakhan Academy.
