Shama Kaur is Egypt’s first Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Lead Trainer, with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and sound healing across the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. Founder of YallaYoga in Cairo, she is currently studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Sydney and is thrilled to be back at prana space sharing transformative practices that guide others toward healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening.
