Martins Mine Hike

Join Smithgall Woods’ Naturalist on a guided hike of Martins Mine Trail. Learn all about the history of gold mining in Georgia and its effects on the landscape around us, while exploring the beauty of Smithgall Woods.
Reservations only. Please call the visitor’s center at 706-878-3087 to make your reservation.
A van will be taken to the trail head. No dogs allowed.
$5 parking fee applies
