Beginners Sourdough With The Bread Lady

Join us for our first series of Rhythm Education & Learning with The Bread Lady for Beginner’s Sourdough

What to expect

In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of sourdough!

You will mix your own starter to take home, with instructions on how to care for it.
You'll learn how to mix a loaf together and how to do stretch and folds.
And then we'll go through how to tell when it's finished with its bulk fermentation and ready to go in the refrigerator.
Dough will be ready to shape for you to take home your own loaf.
And then we will talk about scoring and baking your sourdough.
Samples provided during the workshop.
