Meet us at Ria’s Wines on the east side of Seneca Lake for an evening of discovery as we dive into the fascinating world of fermentation — the process that turns grapes into flavorful wine, and how fermentation shapes the character of wine. Our speaker for the evening and self-proclaimed "Flavor Chemist," Anna Katharine Mansfield, will educate us on the science behind fermentation bringing depth, aroma, and balance to your favorite vintages and culinary creations through a guided wine tasting and small food pairings.
