About the Women’s Giving Circle:
The Women’s Giving Circle (WGC) is a group of community-minded women who believe in collective giving to strengthen their community. All women are welcome! The more women involved, the greater the impact in the community.
More Women = More Grants = Greater Impact
Gifts can be made to the WGC can be made year-round. Half supports immediate grantmaking at the annual WGC event, where women gather to learn about local needs and vote on nonprofit grant recipients. The other half is endowed in the Foundation’s Unrestricted Community Grantmaking Fund, supporting community needs forever.
The number of $2,000 grants awarded is directly dependent upon the generosity of the women in the group - the more money collectively given, the more grants will be awarded.
