Full Moon Sound Journey

Step into a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Journey designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Under the illuminating energy of the full moon, a time traditionally associated with release and renewal, you'll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, hand-hammered Tibetan metal bowls, crystal pyramid, rain stick, tingsha cymbals, chimes, and a heart-harmonizing gong.

These instruments produce harmonic frequencies that gently guide the brain and body out of stress and into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Many participants experience improved sleep, emotional release, improved mental clarity, and a profound sense of peace.

This is a passive experience. There is nothing you need to do except lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, curious, energetically heavy, or simply seeking intentional time for yourself, this experience offers a supportive space to reset and restore.
