Empower Me Within is an 8-week program designed for girls aged 8–12 years, helping them build ROARING Resilience, SOARING Self-Esteem & an Attitude of GRATITUDE!
Each week, your daughter will learn practical tools and strategies to manage emotions, communicate her needs calmly, and handle life’s challenges — all while enjoying fun, creative art and craft activities that let her confidence and imagination bloom.
By the end of the program, she’ll feel empowered, confident, and ready to shine — with her very own “toolbox” of lifelong skills and strategies.
