The Grinch has taken over the Library! He does not invite you to join us, however, the Perry County Public Library invites you for an afternoon of cookies, crafts, and fun! Wear your fanciest of Christmas sweaters, be a who’s Who of Whoville, or dress to impress in your Grinchmas clothing!
