Most of us aren’t tired because we do too much — we’re tired because we don’t know how to recover.
Our bodies are wired for balance, yet modern life keeps the nervous system stuck in “go” mode.
SYRN — Somatics | Yin | Restorative | Nidra — is my method for teaching the science and soul of rest.
Over two deeply nourishing days, you’ll experience practices that blend modern neuroscience and yoga therapy with the ancient wisdom of stillness:
Somatic movement to re-educate the brain-body connection, improving proprioception, mobility, and emotional regulation.
Yin & Restorative postures to hydrate the fascia, enhance circulation and joint health, and down-regulate stress hormones.
Guided Yoga Nidra to activate the parasympathetic “rest-digest-heal” response — research shows it can improve sleep, immunity, and hormonal balance.
Mindful breathing and embodied awareness to build vagal tone, lower cortisol, and support longevity.
This immersion is for anyone who needs a reset —
✨ Mid-life women navigating hormonal shifts,
✨ Holistic practitioners, teachers, and therapists wanting embodied, science-based tools for clients,
✨ Or simply those who give a lot and need a space to receive.
You’ll be supported by assistants, props, and warmth, with herbal teas, soup, salad, and gluten-free treats throughout the weekend.
All food is vegetarian, seasonal, and nurturing.
A £50 booking fee secures your place; the remaining balance will be invoiced after sign-up.
Once booked, I’ll contact you personally to confirm details and discuss any accessibility or health needs so you feel fully supported.
Optional upgrade: continue into the SYRN Training Path (£288) to access the online course, CPD certificate, and deeper study.
Experience how rest becomes medicine — and why, scientifically, slowing down may be the most intelligent thing you can do for your health, your practice, and your future self.
