Reiki Level 1

In this in-person training, you will learn how to treat yourself as well as give Reiki to others in a non-professional capacity, including pets, plants and places.

- What is Reiki?
- The History of Reiki
- Reiki Attunements
- The Principles of Reiki and its Benefits
- Introduction to the Chakras and the Energetic Field
- Reiki Self Treatment (how to carry out a self treatment)
