'ME-TIME' MINI AFTERNOON YOGA RETREAT

An afternoon retreat for mums, including anyone who is pregnant, postnatal or a mum looking for some time out. Offering energising and strengthening movement practices, soothing breathing techniques and complete guided relaxation to leave you feeling nurtured and refreshed. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
